Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. The daily order cut-off time is 9:00 AM (GMT) on working days.

Standard UK shipping is charged at £4.85, while orders over £50 qualify for free UK delivery.

To ensure reliability and security, all orders are shipped using a tracked and signed-for delivery service. Please note that we do not ship to parcel lockers, InPost lockers, or similar collection points. Orders placed using these addresses may be returned to us, resulting in delays.

Most UK orders are delivered within 1–3 working days. However, orders dispatched from an alternative warehouse may take up to 6–7 working days to arrive.

Please ensure that either you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address to accept the parcel. If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

In the event of transit delays, DAXER Labs cannot issue refunds or replacements until the parcel has been officially declared lost by the courier or has been returned to us.

Please do not refuse delivery. Refused deliveries incur the original shipping charge plus a £5 processing and return fee. Any refund issued will be reduced by these costs.

DAXER Labs accepts no responsibility for shipments delivered to freight forwarding services, package forwarding companies, or third-party shipping agents. Such deliveries are made entirely at the customer's risk.

Orders are not dispatched on UK Bank Holidays and will be processed on the next working day.

International Shipping Policy

DAXER Labs ships internationally using trusted tracked delivery services, including Royal Mail and selected international courier partners.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges imposed by their destination country.

If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any refund issued will be reduced by the original shipping costs and any return charges incurred.

While we aim to deliver all international orders within the estimated timeframe, DAXER Labs cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal disruptions, adverse weather conditions, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a parcel is rejected by customs authorities and returned to us, a refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned shipment, less any shipping and handling fees.

Please do not refuse delivery. Refused international deliveries are subject to the original shipping charge and a £5 processing and return fee, which will be deducted from any refund.

Product Integrity & Damage Policy

Every product supplied by DAXER Labs undergoes quality control inspection and is securely packaged prior to dispatch to ensure it leaves our facility in optimal condition.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, DAXER Labs cannot be held liable for damage, leakage, deterioration, temperature exposure, mishandling, delivery delays, or any other transit-related issues beyond our control.

If you believe an item has arrived damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

Each claim will be reviewed individually by our support team.

Refunds or replacements cannot be provided for products that:

• Have been opened or used

• Show evidence of improper storage after delivery

• Have been tampered with

• Have not been reported within the required timeframe
